Refund Policy

During the founding period, access is free — there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. Simply unsubscribe using the link in any email. The policy below applies once paid subscriptions open.

Plain-English summary: cancel subscriptions any time; your first subscription payment is refundable within 14 days; Lifetime is refundable within 14 days if you have accessed no more than two modules.

1. Monthly subscriptions (Weekly Brief, Full Access)

Cancel at any time via the customer portal linked in every receipt. Access continues until the end of the period already paid; no further charges.
If this is your first subscription with us, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.
The Weekly Brief tier includes a free first month; you can cancel during the trial and pay nothing.

2. Lifetime (one-time purchase)

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have accessed no more than two modules.
After 14 days, or once more than two modules have been accessed, the purchase is non-refundable except where consumer law provides otherwise.

3. EU/UK consumers

If you purchase as a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By accessing digital content immediately, you consent to supply beginning within the withdrawal period; the refund rules above then apply as stated (they meet or exceed the statutory minimum for unused content).

4. How to request a refund

Email ai@aidigitaledu.com from your purchase email with the receipt number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.

5. Firm subscriptions

Refund terms for firm-wide arrangements (5+ seats) are set in the applicable order form or invoice.
