2. What we collect

Enrolment data — name, email, firm/role, country, provided when you enrol or contact us.
Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.
Course data — module completion records, used to issue certificates.
Site analytics — aggregate, privacy-respecting usage statistics (page views, referrers). We do not run advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

To deliver the Program, send the newsletter and course communications you signed up for, issue and verify certificates, respond to enquiries, and meet legal obligations (tax, accounting). We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal bases

Performance of contract (delivering what you bought), legitimate interests (improving the Program, security), and consent (marketing emails — every email includes an unsubscribe link).

5. Sharing

Service providers only, under contract: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, and our hosting provider (Vercel). Certificate verification pages show the certificate ID, holder name, module, and date — nothing else.

6. International transfers

We serve customers globally; data may be processed outside your jurisdiction with appropriate safeguards under applicable law (including GDPR standard contractual clauses where relevant).

7. Retention

Enrolment and completion records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to verify certificates you have earned. Financial records are kept as required by law. You may request deletion (see below); note that deleting completion records invalidates certificate verification.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, PDPO, PIPL, CCPA and similar), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data, and may object to processing. Email ai@aidigitaledu.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

9. Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
